Terry is top!

A moment of national pride has taken me over, as the legendary Irish broadcaster Terry Wogan has been voted the greatest BBC radio presenter.

It is news that many would not contest as the knighted broadcaster pipped the poll ahead of John Peel, Sue MacGregor, Annie Nightingale and Alistair Cooke.

Podcast of the Week:

This week’s chosen podcast is a high recommendation from a fellow colleague.

“This Paranormal Life” asks the big questions “What happened at Roswell? Did ancient aliens build the pyramids? Does Obama run the Illuminati? Is the government plotting to take our guns?”.

Rory Powers and Kit Grier investigate a different paranormal case and find the truth inside the mystery.

Not only is it wildly entertaining, but it holds real truth with a fantastic use of sound design.

Each episode runs between the 45-60 min mark and with 28 episodes released to date, there should be plenty of investigations to discover, like the “Florida man possessed by demonic fairies” or “The 1979 Alien-HUman battle that no-one knows about”.
